Chris Duffy, Director of Certus Projects, contracted Brookmount Infrastructure for civil engineering works on two Oran Park intersections. “Brookmount conducted all civil works on the project – and delivered exactly as required,” he says.
Successful project delivery
Brookmount Infrastructure oversaw full delivery of the Oran Park project for Certus Projects and their end client, TRN Group. We completed all subdivision civil engineering works, which involved the installation of concrete footings for two new traffic intersections.
The project took two months and went smoothly from start to finish.
“It was a very successful job,” explains Chris. “We were happy with the expertise and the quality was 100%. There were good personnel on the ground who were also very easy to deal with. The project was delivered exactly as needed, and on time.”
Meeting all compliance requirements
The Brookmount Infrastructure team is Level 1 ASP certified, and every one of our utility contractors takes ownership of safety and quality.
We maintain rigorous compliance and safety standards across all areas of our business. We are OH&S Systems Certified ISO 4500, regularly update safety systems (AS/NZS 45001) and processes, and we can take care of all certification paperwork, including Safe Work Method Statements, if required.
We met all compliance requirements on this project without any issues. “The RMS passed our civil work on the Oran Park project and deemed it defect-free on first assessment,” adds Fergal McManus, Brookmount Infrastructure Director.

Chris Duffy and Fergal McManus previously worked together on the Parramatta Light Rail infrastructure project.
Following the successful Oran Park civil engineering project, Chris is anticipating working with Brookmount Infrastructure in the future.
